| z | = | z- i/3 |

|z| is the distance of z from the origin.
|z-i/3 | is the distance of z from the point ( 0 , 1/3) .

distance of z from 2 points are equal . the locus is a straight line

IzI/Iz-(1/3i)I=1
Ix+iyI/Ix+i(y-1/3)I=1
 
x2+y2 = x2+(y-1/3)2
x2+y2=x2+y2+1/9-2/3y
so it passes through y=0,which is a straight line.
