nth roots of unity forms a GP wid common ratio e^i2pi/n

sum of nth roots of unity is 0

product of nth roots of unity is (-1)^{n - 1}

1) x^2 +y^2 = (x+yi)(x-yi)

2) x^3+y^3 =(x+y)(x+wy)(x+w^2y)

3) x^3-y^3 =(x-y)(x-wy)(x-w^2y)

4)x^3+y^3+z^3 -3xyz=(x+y+z)(x+wy+w^2z)(x+w^2y+wz)

5)x^2+y^2+z^2-xy-yz-zx = (x+wy+w^2z)(x+w^2y+wz)
