Tn = Sn - Sn + 7{Sn/7}
Tn = 7{Sn/7}.

Now in S100 from |_7 upto |_100 all the value have 7 as the product so its fractional part will be zero.The fractional part will be only contribution of sum of term from |_1 to |_6....Its sum is equal to 873 which on dividing gives 124.7...so fractional part will be 0.7..and therefore, T100 = 7x0.7 = 4.9 ~ 5..
