given ,f(x+y)=f(xy)
f(8)=9
x=>4, y=>4
find the value of f(9).

this implys the fn is of the form
f(x)=a^x
given f(8)=9
=> 9=a^8
a=3/8 log(3)
=> f(9) = [ 3/8 log(3) ]^9

The answer given by b_srikalyan009 is wrong.
If f(x+y)=f(xy), how is f(x) =a^x
I think u read the question as f(x+y)=f(x)f(y)

f(x+y)=f(xy) for all x>=4,y>=4
f(8)=9
find f(9)
