q1.. let f: RR  where f (x)= (ax+5)/(x2+1) , then the values of a for which the function is invertible will be.... pls give solution

q2...   if x5 is odd function then why e to the power x5 is even

q3....  let A ={1,2,3,4} , B={a,b,c} then no. of functioncs from AB which are not onto will be.......

   3 . given n(a)=4=m  n(b)=3=n then number of functions =  =34=81

now, no of  ONTO  functions  =   nm-[nc1(n-1)m-nc2(n-2)m+.....]

                                                            =   34-[3c1.24-3c2.14]

                                                            =  81- [48-3] =36

then no. of functioncs from AB which are not onto will be = 81-36 =45
