Hey Moderators..................I've a problem...........The REPLY button doesn't appear on the webp

Hey Moderators..................I've a problem...........The REPLY button doesn't appear on the webpage whenever I view a question........Hence, I've no other option but to use QUICK REPLY(which is irritating).......Plz help

also to everyone visiting this page. here's one thing i found just post any reply in the quick reply button( you may or may not write anything and then click on edit post) . then you'll again be directed to the same reply page which was there earlier
