IF  AND BETA ARE THE ROOTS OF ax2 +bx + c = 0 and
, those of lx2 + mx + n = 0 then form equation roots are  +beta. and ,beta.

Here's how i solved.
 + B = -b/a
.B = c/a
 
and
 
 +  = -m/l
. = n/l
 
Now if equation has roots  ( +B.) and ( + B.)
eqn will be of form
X2 - (  ( +B.) + ( + B.) )X    +  ( +B.).( + B.) 
 
Now
( + B.) + ( + B.) = (+ B).( + ) = -b/a * -m/l = bm/al
 
and
 
( +B.).( + B.) = B (2 + 2 )  +   (2 + B2)
= B ( ( + )2 - 2 )  +   ( ( + B)2 - 2B )
 c/a (  (m/ l)2  - 2n/l )    + n/l ( (b/a)2 - 2c/a )
 
so the required equation is:
 
X2 - (  ( +B.) + ( + B.) )X    +  ( +B.).( + B.
 
X2 - (  bm/al )X    +  [   c/a ( {m/l} 2  - 2n/l )    + n/l ( {b/a}2 - 2c/a )   ]
