The definition for modulus function is
x if x>0
mod(x)=
-x if x<0
Hence if a*b*c<0 and a+b+c>0
This implies one of the variables can be negative an the other two positive
Now just assume a is negative and b and c are +ve
Then
mod(a)/a=-1
mod(b)/b=1
mod(c)/c=1
Now
x=1-1+1
x=1
done..
Now just calculate the value of the function
1+16-7=10
