two equations in three variables...

eliminate any one of them (not the one u have to minimize)...

u get a condition in two variables...and a task of minimizing one...

so the steps tht follow r of simple linear programming..

Diamonds r formed under greatest pressures..
so r the champs.

Kriteesh..

Let x be correctly answered, y be wrongly answered.

32 = x - y/3 - (50 - x - y)/6

32 = x - y/3 + x/6 + y/6 - 25/3

32 + 25/3 = 7x/6 - y/6

6*32 + 50 = 7x - y

192 + 50 = 242 = 7x - y

242 = 7x - y

max positive integral value of x (such that 7x is just more than 242) here can be: 35

as 7*35 = 245

242 = 7x - y = 7*35 - 3

y cannot be less than 3...3 is its least positive integral value possible.

so number of questions answered wrongly cannot be less than 3.
