first of all the function will be of the form ax^4 + bx^3 +cx^2 because it is given that lim x tends towards 0 of p(x)/x^2 = 1

if u include the terms of x or constant then the limit will tend to infinity...........

now i think rest is easy to solve

p'(x)=0 at x=1 and 2

and also use the condition of limit to find a,b and c.......
