Precisely what is your objective? I am sure wherever you picked up these questions from (this is an old Putnam problem, your prev one is somewhere from mathlinks), you also have access to the answers.

In any case, this problem has been hashed, re-hashed and re-re-...hashed n times in this forum. If you r trying to see if goiitians can try their hands at such stuff, you can search some earlier posts for proof.
