Out of 60 students , 25 failed in paper1 , 24 in paper 2 , 32 in paper 3 ,  9  in paper 1 alone,  5 in paper 2 and paper3 , 3 in paper1 and paper2 . find how many failed in all the three papers....

I think the ans is [0,3].I mean,The no. of people failing in all three subjects can be 0,1,2,3.Is it correct?Plz reply soon.

I will support the version of Allam Raju. The set of students failed in P1 and P2 contains 3 elements hence any set intersected with this set cannot contain more than three elements. Else some data must be missing therefore once again check the question and come back to me.

It cannot be 10 since Students failing in all three has to be a subset of those failing in 1 and 2... as well as a subset of those failing in 2 and 3.
which is 5 and 3 .... so it can be maximum 3 and minimum 0

[0, 3] only is the set.
