Im getting it as 1..
see,split it as | 1 1+p 1+p | | 1 1+p q |
| 2 3+2p 1+3p | + | 2 3+2p 2q |
| 3 6+3p 1+6p | | 3 6+3p 3q |
and determinant is 0...
in 1st determinant,do R3=R3-R1-R2...and then R2=R2-2R1
and then expanding along C1,you get 1st determinant as 1
So,final answer 1..
