1/2 + 2/3 + 3/4 + .....................
and:
1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4+ .....................

Tr = r/r+1= 1 - 1/r+1 the given sum is 1+1+1+...n times -( 1/2 +1/3 +1/4...n terms) the second part is an HP i dont think you can find the sum of a HP
