hi...guyz n galz... The killer series is back.....n its time to switch ur bulbs on...lol last time....i stopped at the 11th killer ques...so , 2 begin with , here is an easy 12th one...... Q. consider a quadratic Ax^2 + Bx + C = 0 It has two distinct positive integers as roots and ( A + B + C ) is a prime no. also , the quadratic takes the value ( - 55 ) for some integral value of x .... Evaluate the roots of the quadratic.... rating points - 4 salutes.... and as usual....those people are not invited who know from where to get the solutions from some arbitrary resources ....

its purely a logical proof roots r +ve integers ie a=1 a+b+c is prime;b,c cant b 0 ie prime is odd;sum of 2 even no: & an odd; so b&c r even ie roots r even roots r integers means b2-4c is a perfect square at x=an integer value of exp. is -55ie x2+bx+c-55 have integral sol ie b2-4(c+55)is a perfect sq so b2-4c &b2-4c-220 r perfect sq dis works with 36&256 roots r (-b  16)/2 = -b/2  8 roots r +ve b<-16&b is even put b=-20,sol r 2&18
