two circles intersect at two points , so for 8 circles max number of intersecting pt = 8c2=28
one st line can intersect a circle at 2 pts, so total pts = 8*4=32
one st line intersect the other 4 at a maximum of 4 pts, so total = 4*4=16
so total = 28+32+16 = 76

One circle intersect in max 6 pts. with another 3 circles, hence max pts from circle intersection is 6+4+2=12
One line intersect 3 lines in 3 pts ,hence 4 lines in max intersect among themselves in 3+2+1=6 ways
one line intersect 4 circles in 8 pts at max so for 4 lines 4x8=32
i.e. max no. of points of intersection can be 32+12+6=50
