does anyone know of ekadika purva "one more than the previous" method of vedic mathematics.if yes than what is the condition for taking the punultimate digit before multiplying by the common number

yep see the following for the modus operandi :D

firstly 19 ends in 9 ..so its obvious that the last digit in the answer wud be 1 ..

now .. i am talking of only one method here

in this method we multiply 1 by 2 (because 1+1 =2 ..one more than the last rule as u mentioned) .

so as last number is 1 multiplying by 2 gives 2 1 as the last two digits

now multiply 2 by 2 again.

= 4 2 1

go on mltiplying by 2

8 4 2 1

now on multiplying 8 by 2 gives 16-- a two digit no. so we carry forward the tens place no which is 1

6 8 4 2 1
1

now multiply 6 by 2 = 12 so we again carry forward that 1 of 12 and add that previous 1 of 16 to 2

3 6 8 4 2 1
1

follow this method for eighteen digits and that will be your final answer .
