In reletive mechanics or mass decreases with out velocity

M= m/[(1-v^2/c^2)]^1/2

so if we speed with velocity of light our mass will be infinite which is not possible. At this stage our body will become photon.

 It is against one of the postulate of relativity according to which no material particle can move with velocity of light in vacuum.

However if some object of finite rest mass 'm0' moves with velocity of light then its relativistic mass is given by

m = m0 / ( 1  - v2 / c2 )1/2  = Infinite (as v = c)

Thus its energy = E = mc2 =  infinite

thus it will be a source of infinite energy and must have gained the energy at the expense of some other form of energy available which is not possible as the total energy in the universe is constant and finite.
