consider first eqn as line 1 and second as line 2
as given in question line 1 is passing thru Q(1,2,3).......and suppose P be a point on line two whose coordinate can be written as (4r+2,6r+3,8r+4)........now write drs of PQ,,,,,,,,and apply perpendicular condition PQ*line2=0 from here u will get r and P also,,,,now apply distance formula and get PQ,,,,,,,
