equation of circle would be

x (square) + y (square)= a (square) + b (square)

sahi hai na, yeh question ka xplanation main deta hun....................

let point be(x,y) on circle.........................................

now slope of line joining ( a,b) and (x,y) can be found and called m1

slope of line joining (b,-a) can be found and could be said m2

ab use formula

tan 45= (m2-m1/ 1+m1m2)

and get the equation................................

khush............................

let the point be (h,k)

m1 = (k-b)/ (h-a)

m2= (k+a)/ (x-b)

Tan 450 =( m1 -m2 ) / (1+m1m2)

answer is::

x2+y2= a2+b2
