 4 sin^2 (A+B)/2 . cos ^2 (A-B)/2

 hello.........

sin^2(a+b)  =( sina.cosb + cosa.sinb )^2

  = (sina.cosb)^2  +(cosa.sinb)^2 +2sina.sinb.cosa.cosb............
