Considering the parametric form of a parabola, if parameter at P is t, 1/4 *t2 = 4 & 2*1/4*t = -2 => t = -4.

The parameters at the ends of a focal chord are related as t1t= -1 => Parameter at Q = 1/4

So, Q(x,y) = 1/4 * (1/4)2 , 2*1/4*1/4 = (1/64, 1/8)
