YES ozone is green house gas near the surface of earth

ozone and water vapours are only minor contributors of GHGs.so ans for second is ozone

ozone aint a green house gas....all others r..........in faCt almost all the gases conataining C are green house gases

All of them have greenhouse effects but ozone has negligbile effect.
