quanititative inheritence can be said as.. u dont need the quality of dominanat alleles.. it is quanitity of dominant alleles which determine the phenotype of the individual.. like for eg.. height of humans.... skin colour... eg. suppose for skin colour, there are 3 pairs of genes are responsible, A,a,B,b,C,c /.. then AABbcc and AaBBcc and aaBbCC etc all have only 3 dominant alleles.. so all will have same colour.... tapetum lucidum is not absorptive but reflective in nature.. it has guanine crystals and it works on the interference principle... the other tapetum..i.e plant one is nutritive in nature...
