I have to choose between VMC extended batch (Anand Vihar and Patna Center) and Bansal Kota. Is VMC E

Nope...It isn't...It's just got the VMC tag..But the faculty isn't as good as the vmc...I would recommend that you join Bansal Kota...

I am a student of VMC Anand Vihar and I feel really good to take this decision. They teach us very nicely and moreover they really motivate you a lot to study. I think you should chose VMC Anand Vihar if you are from around Delhi.
