Jee physics preparation requires mastery over the basic concepts. You need a good teacher first help from books will be secondary. Halliday and HC verma will suffice as far as books are concerned. Plus get some book on last 25 years jee papers

You can check Cengage learnings books on physics for IIT JEE.

These books have a very good collection of problems after HCV
