hey man...ML Khanna is a gud buk but it'll take centuries to solve the problems....chck out dis buk - DINESH Objective MAthematics - it's got all dese shortcut methods n tricks - highly useful fer other entrances but itz not enuf fer IIT - go thru dis buk along wid Dasgupta...make sure u practice questions frm previopus years as it well giv u a gud idea as to wat u shud be prepared for!! GL

JEE 2009 maths was really time-consuming, and if the same is to come next year, A Das Gupta's Problems Plus in IIT-JEE, (not the MCQ book) will be the best as it has some really challenging problems. But make sure you are familiar with the formulae and the simple formula-based questions, as you need proper practice before starting with it. (Tip: whatever you do, pay more attention to Calculus and Co-ordinate Geometry. Das Gupta algebra might take ages to complete)
