I am trying for a little contribution, hope it will have your kind attention too. It looks a bit long [ All to keep them at one place] but Just spare a few minutes to read these inspiring moral stories and quotes !

The story tells about a mountain climber, who wanted to climb the highest mountain. He begun his adventure after many years of preperation, but since he wanted the glory just for himself, he decided to climb the mountain alone.

The night felt heavy in the heights of the mountain, and the man could not see anything. All was black. Zero visibility, and the moon and the stars were covered by the clouds.

As he was climbing, only a few feet away from the top of the mountain, he slipped and fell into the air,

falling at a great speed. The climber could only see black spots he went down, and the terrible sensation of being sucked by gravity. He kept falling... and is those moments of great fear, it came to his mind all the good and bad episodes of his life.

He was thinking now about how close death was getting, when all of a sudden he felt the ropetied to his waist pull him very hard.
His body was hanging in the air.. Only the rope was holding him, and in that moment of stillness he had other choice but to scream: HELP ME GOD!!

All of a sudden, a deep voice coming from the sky answered: - What do you want me to do?
- Save me GOD.
- Do you really think I can save you?
- Of course I believe YOU can.
- THEN CUT THE ROPE TIED TO YOUR WAIST......

There was a moment of silence; and the man decided to hold on the rope with all his strength.
The rescue team tell, that the next day a climber was found dead and frozen.... his body hanging from a rope. His hands holding tight to it... only 10 feet away from the ground.

Don't judge a person by one difficult season !!

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall.

When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen.

The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted.

The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of promise.

The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen.

The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.

The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life.

He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up.

If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall.

Moral:

Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest.
Don't judge a person by one difficult season.
Persevere through the difficult patches and better times are sure to come some time or later

LOGIC ......

A scorpion, being a very poor swimmer, asked a turtle to carry
him on his back across a river. "Are you crazy?

" exclaimed the
turtle. "You'll sting me while I'm swimming and I'll drown.

"

"My dear turtle," laughed the scorpion, "if I were to sting you,
you would drown and I would go down with you.
Now where is the logic in that?"

"You're right!" cried the turtle. "Hop on!

" The scorpion
climbed aboard and halfway across the river gave the turtle a
mighty sting. As they both sank to the bottom, the turtle
resignedly said:

"Do you mind if I ask you something? You said there'd be no
logic in your stinging me. Then why did you do it?

"

"It has nothing to do with logic," the drowning scorpion sadly
replied.

"It's just my character."

Moral :
Be careful of whom you associate with.

IT'S NOT A STORY BUT A HANDFUL OF WISDOM..

Don't love the Heart that hurts you and don't hurt the Heart that loves you.

Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you.

Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.

Most people walk in and out of your life, but only friend's leave footprints in your heart.

One generation plants trees, and the next enjoys the shade.

It is difficult to live in the present, ridiculous to live in the future, and impossible to live in the past.

Nothing is as far away as one minute ago.

VALUE HAS A VALUE ONLY IF ITS VALUE IS VALUED...

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a Rupee 500 note.

In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this Rupee 500 note?"

Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this note to one of you but first let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the note up.
He then asked, "Who still wants it?"

Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?"
Still the hands went into the air.

"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson.
No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth Rupee 500/-.

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless.
But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

You are special. Don't ever forget it! Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams."

"Make some corner of the world distinctively yours"
