The idea is to do a discussion session of 1.5-2 hours twice or thrice a week on Yahoo messenger. Each discussion session will be only on a single pre-decided topic so that those who want to participate can come fully prepared after reading that topic well. Discussions clear the concepts of confused people and enhance the concepts of confident people. I hope U agree with this. Now a person who is quite confident in a particular topic can give the date and time to start discussion on that particular topic. He will take the initiative and try to clear most of the doubts of the people although anyone in the discussion can clear the doubts.
Minimum requirements:
i) Prerequisite knowlegde of topic to be discussed..
ii) Internet connection
iii) Yahoo messenger
Some important points regarding sessions-
1-Dere shud be atleast 10 people to start a discussion.
2-However there is no upper limit to the number of people.
3-Please do not ask any numerical in the discussions. Use them to ask only conceptual and theoritical doubts to make them quick and more beneficial.
4-Everyone who joins the discussion please save a copy of the whole discussion in ur PC so that those people who could not attend it by some reason can get the discussion mailed to them.
5-One who wants to take initiative must specify the date,time,topic atleast 2 days before the discussion.
6-The initiator shud also specify the chatroom of yahoo messenger in which they will be doing discussions atleast 1 hour earlier.
7- Please read the topic well before joining the discusssion to prevent confusions and waste of time in clearing some very basic concepts.
8-Eleventhies don't join twelthies' discussions as they don't know much about those topics and it will lead to confusions. Although twelthies can join eleventhies' discussions.
Please come fully prepared from ur side after reading the topic well and collecting ur doubts so as no time Is wasted in discussing small basic things. Students who have not read the topic before are not advised to join those sessions as no basic theory will be discussed there. Only conceptual talks, revision of some good concepts, clearance of doubts.
Also remember that U do not ask any numerical questions there as our main focus is on revision and discussion on topic in shortest possible time so that our time is not wasted. Numericals consume a lot of time. U can ask them on GOIIT itself.
