NOTICE FOR SOME AVAILABLE SEATS (ALL INDIA) IN B TECH 2008

Based on All India Rank in the AIEEE 2008, some candidates have become eligible to apply for the offer of admission against the available All India seats in the 2008 batch of B Tech (ICT) program of DA-IICT, Gandhinagar.

To avail this offer of admission, candidates are required to confirm immediately by return fax at 079 30520010 (but not later than Friday, 18 July 2008) that you are interested in seeking admission to the Institute.

On receipt of the fax of confirmation, we will reconfirm at our website about the status of the offer of admission by Monday, 21 July 2008, evening.

In case a candidate does not confirm (by fax) by 18 July 2008, it will be presumed that he/she is not interested in admission to the Institute.

On getting the reconfirmation of admission on our website, candidates will be required to report at the Institute on or before 25 July 2008 with the following documents

a. A demand draft of Rs. 38,000 (Rupees thirty eight thousand only)      drawn in favour of “DA-IICT” and payable at Ahmedabad to cover      Tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 for Semester-I and Caution Deposit of      Rs. 8,000 (refundable at the end of the program).

b. Another demand draft of Rs. 9,750 (Rupees nine thousand      seven hundred fifty only) drawn in favour of “DA-IICT” and      payable at Ahmedabad to cover hostel and registration fees for      Semester-I.

c. One photocopy of:

i. Admit Card for AIEEE 2008

ii. All India Rank Card of AIEEE 2008

iii. Mark Sheet /Certificate of Std. X (as proof of date of      birth)

iv. Mark Sheet and Certificate of Std. XII

iv. SC/ST Certificate from designated authority (for      SC/ST Candidates only)

Please note that the classes will commence on 28 July 2008. Therefore, candidates should come along with bag and baggage.

The confirmation fax message should include the DA-IICT Application No., AIEEE Roll Number, Name, and the DA-IICT Merit List number.
