I would like to begin this article by rebuking the user who goes by the name of"metalrose" who claims that he wants to be a theoretical physicst and then publishes non-sense.. His first article that brought him to my notice was his condemning of the large number of engineering colleges in India. An extremely good article. But then his article about Islam really pissed me off. I mean its a forum for all students aspiring to get into IITs and other top notche enginnering and science colleges. IIts no forum like faithfreedom.org that he will post anything and everything he wants about religion. I mean no-one asked him about his views about religions and then why does he post such rubbish about religion.
Following his article followed a series of articles ridiculing the Hindu religion. India is a secular country and anyone speaking any ill against any religion can be taken to court. I hope there are people who takes the writers of all these non-sense articles to court. Show them the sharp edge of our judiciary.
GOIIT's articles has been steadily deterioating. In the academic sections people are posting question about counselling. Which college will I get with this rank and that rank. This is severely degrading the standard of GOIIT. Where are all the nice questions that students asked????????? I remember when I was in class 11, there were plenty of questions that were really of high standard. Now its all gone. I see articles on religion and other non-sense. There should have been a separate section on counselling so the present class 11 & 12 students are not inconvenienced. The academic and non-academic articles should have been put under different headings.. But they are all listed under the same heading. This is an example of a pathetic managemnt of a site.
And then there are advertisements on the the right hand side.. Advertisements about data-card and coaching institutes throng the website.. It defeats the very purpose of GOIIT. It was a site by and for students. AND DEFINITELY NOT FOR PEOPLE LIKE "metalrose"...
And the article about hiding erection in school and about oragasm..YEEEW.. These type of discussions are not for a site like GOIIT... Please post this somewhere else where students would be more concerned about these things and not academics.. Whats left????
And where are the moderators and administrator??? Have you all died??? Are you all so infirm that you cannot take down these articles?? And then there is the article condemning "counsellor"..The language used was so derogatory that I have nothing more to say.. Usage ofn such language in public space is no way justified. I mean atleast look at the language you are using in front of your seniors... Would you do that in front of your elder brothers and sisters????
I would request the moderators to ban such users and such articles and also revamp the site.. Please verify the details of students when they sign-up asking for their class 10 board roll numbers and verifying from the respective authorities. Please ban the use of nicknames... I don't think this is a site where you will have to keep your identity incognito...
