Golden rule while giving any competitive exam
Engineering Entrance , GATE , GRE , JEE Main , BITSAT , DCE CEE , JEE Advanced , Jamia Milia Islamia , KCET (Engg) , MHTCET (Engg) , OJEE (Engg) , SCRA , WBJEE (Engg) , Counselling and Admissions

THE GOLDEN RULES ARE

  

1.) Survey the entire exam before beginning...    

a.) Read the directions carefully.

b.) Skim exam questions.

c.) Note the number of items on the test.

d.) Note the distribution of points on the various sections of the test.

 

2.) Read the directions carefully. Pause, think and organize your thoughts and time before answering a question.

3.) Estimate and allocate time for items or different sections of the test according to the number of points assigned to them.

4.) In analyzing exam questions:

- Do not read into the questions.

- Do not read out the questions.

- And read Questions carefully

5.) Do the questions you know you can answer easily first to build your confidence and to help you relax. Don’t spend too much time on any single question make a notation of it in the margin and return to it later.

7.) Attempt one question at a time.

8.) Allocate enough time for revision before turning the test in.

9.) When the exam is over, review all mistakes to strengthen your understanding in the areas where errors were made and improve upon it.

just one thing to say to all future aspirants - u have to do nothing of these steps, just mark the question u know and leave the ones u don't know,,,, and keep ur head and body relaxed,,,,,chill maar yaar kyun logon ko paka rha hai , guru???
