To remove stress be prepared for exams early u should be knowing where is that specific topic is in a book most of stress increases when we think we know nothing but it is not so.Don't become a owl during exams as it is major reason for making our memory weak & decreases our concentration during exams spend some time( for leisure only some minutes ok )take break after every one hour of 2 minutes have tea or play remain away from tv as that may distract ur mind if u take proper break then ur concentration will improve & hence u will hve no time for thinking other than books. :) .Study according to your capacity do not try to be a superboy for a week .
