The recruitment of MNC's from different IIT's is an index of the rating by outsiders . the fall in recruitment is a cause for worry for the educationists. The campus recruitment as fallen drastically this year as compared to last year .This is the time for introspectection . there are many institutions in India . But only a few have industrail or scientific target .The standard of our institution needs to be improved .

The immediate need is to train teachers in new way of thinking .students should ask questions more and more while learning experimenting and meditation on a subject is too very important .NO MATTER WHAT EVER WE PAY IS THE PRICE ,WE HAVE TO GET VANGUARD OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH .
