Plz tell how to complete the modify() function ,

Also tell how to use seekg, seekp function.

NOTE: u have to consider any existing file.

The most common forms of the functions are:-

seekg() - istream & seekg(long) ;

istream & seekg(long, seek_dir) ;

seekp() – ofstream & seekp(long) ;

ofstream & seekp(long, seek_dir) ;

(seek_dir takes the definition enum seek_dir { beg, cur, end } ;
