The problem may be due to startup programs and services which open up in the background. Some services take a lot of time to open up and they must be the problem in your computer. I suggest you use REVO UNINSTALLER. Don't go by its name. Its a very powerful software. It allows you to choose which service you want to startup. As its name suggests it also is a uninstalling program. When you generally uininstall a program, some folders and registry keys are left behind. This software helps you remove all these things(especially helpful in uninstalling themes). Also use CCREGISRTY CLEANER. It is a very powerful tool that will help you to maintain your system registry in a dynamic state.
