To access windows registry editor:


Click Start, run... type: regedit


in the box 
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Dylan João Colaço .xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Windows :


Start > Run > regedit


You can mess around with whatever, but do so at your own risk. Preferably create restore points before modifying/deleting windows registries.
