I am in Class IX at Bhubaneswar. I aspire for adimission to IIT in 2011 with rank within 1st 100. My past achievement are :

1. NTS Scholarship in Class VIII in 2007 (by NCERT)
2. National Science Olympiad VIII Std AIR 13 State Rank 1 (SOF)
3. National Science Olympiad IX Std AIR 48 (SOF)
4. National Science Talent Search AIR 29 Class IX (Unified Council)
5. Junior Mathematical Olympiad (Orissa) State Rank 13 ( Orissa Math Society)
6. Qualificant of National Standard Exam in Astronomy (NSEA Jr.)

However, in school exams, i am within 8 to 10 ranks in class ( strength of about 300 ). I have started preparing for class XI with 9 elementary chapters covered. I want to get admitted in Bansal or Resonance at Kota for coaching in Class XI and XII. I am determined for admission into IITs. With above background and future preparation at Kota, i would request you to suggest me what would my rank ( max / min ) at IIT JEE ( any guesses ? even wild ones are encouraged ! ).

Well,looking at u'r past records I assume that u r deppressed that u r not able to get gud ranks at school.Well,my advice is don't bother much abt getting ranks at school bcoz the portion for the school examinations r very theorotical.The point of u getting gud ranks in competitive exams shows that u r very objective type...right???My advice is on't be dippresed and try hard and have determination to secure a seat in IIT.Well,I presume that u may get a rank between 500-1500.

Your past record is brilliant. But that doesn't guarantee a rank in top 100. You'll have to work hard. Whichever institute you join, make sure you work hard and keep up with what is being taught. Try to be as clear in the concept as possible.
