You have got to do systematic preparation in Chemistry, which means you must start from the very basics. Like, for example, start from the atomic structure. Do not pick up varied topics randomly, you might mess up your preparation. If you plan to start with Inorganic, then take up Periodic table.If you start with Organic, then study IUPAC and so on.
