i hav  a decent rank in ip univesity delhi(1000) may get bharati vidyapeeth
wud it be better
 
also 1100 in dce....

u wont get mech in bits goa or any core branch .u can do msc from bits pilani.it is good.u can take a drop year because u had ok performance this time which u can imprv next year
