Of course but I think Mayank will be taking a Dual too.
I really don't know about the faculty of NSIT , so I can't compare. At BITS , all campuses have got great faculty. The Goa website hasn't been updated , but the new Hyd campus website has some details. http://59.163.212.214/faculty/fs_faculty.html
Goa and Hyd , frankly will not have the highest qualified Profs.Thats cuz these campuses don't offer Higher degrees/don't carry out high level research. But there'll be enough for getting good recos/if you need help etc.
In all colls , for 1st 2 yrs , most classes are taken by the jr faculty. Its only for the Core courses that the sr faculty get fully involved. And the super senior faculty mostly carry out research/administration/teach ME and Phds and take a few very specialized courses.

Depends on the person.Personally I'd not mind the extra degree.
