hai! 
will nits consider my board marks as i have not done well in boards.........for campus interviews will they look for my board marks ????????some friends told me thet nits will take into account  our board marks too for counselling & then allocate seats accordingly.hey i will get only 60% in pcm if the checking is very strict.i am really blaming myself for neglecting the boards.are you 100 % sure that 1 should have min. 70% marks in 12 th boards to get into best companies.i got 84 % in 10th.

As far as i know ....nits just check your AIEEE performance and the minimum requirement in terms of boards is just a PASS in the brd xam..
 
 
Regarding placements though brds play an imp part but not the whole part. Your presence in an nit will to some extent overshadow ur performance in brds.And companies also consider ur performance in the institute...
 
As an example.....My friend got arnd 85 in XII.....in the end he was offered a salary more than that of another person who got 95.
 
 
So just chill and atleast do well in the institute..
