hey its already a year over&i think vry less time left for me to study for iit & boards too .although i had joined coaching but i dont know how can i have cinfidence in myself.i get vry upset wen i see students solving d questions wich i cant&at dat i think i dont hav d capability of clearing jee.

also pls tell me something about time management

hey anchal u r promoted to class 12 this year (i think) so there is 1 full year for u to prepare wich is more than enough!!!!!!!

jst devote urself to the studies and u will be fame.......

its jst the matter of practise..............practise more and more , then u will be able to solve qs easily

for the time management ......... u must give sometime to revise ur 11th syllabus so that u hav a good grasp on it
jst practise more and more and donot learn but understand the concepts.......... and i m sure u will crack "IIT"

Hii anchal....m also frm 11th.....time management, i cant say bcos m itself poor at it....but read these, they will improve ur confidence

1)Here is the life story of a great person....

This was a man who failed in business at the age of 21...was defeated in a legislative race at 22...failed again in business at age of 24...overcame the death of his sweetheart at age of 26...had a nervous breakdown at age of 27... lost a congressional race at the age of 34...lost a senatorial race at 45...failed in an effort to become a vice-president at age 47...lost a senatorial race once again at 49...and was elected as presudent of USA at age of 52.!!

This was Lincoln....now, would u call him a failure???

2)One day, a partially deaf 4-year old kid came home with a note in his pocket from his teacher, " YOUR TOMMY IS TOO STUPID TO LEARN, GET HIM OUT OF THE SCHOOL"

His mother read this and answered, "My Tommy is not stupid to learn, I will teach him myself"......and that Tommy grew up to be Thomas Alva Edison...

He had only three months of formal schooling and he was partially deaf!!

3)In 1914, Thomas Edison, at the age 67, lost his factory which was worth a few million dollars to fire....

Edison watched his lifetime effort go up in smoke and said, " There is a great value in disaster. All our mistakes are burnt up. Thank God, we can start a new".

Inspite of this disaster, three weeks later, he invented the Phonograph!

A Kid came to Socrates and asked him the secret of his success. Socrates asked him to meet at the river bank the next day. The boy did as he said.

Socrates then took him into the river to a point where the water was neck deep...and suddenly ducked him into water. The boy was striving to breathe...and when the boy's face turned blue, he let off the force..and the boy started shouting at him " You old man, i came for an advice and u tried to kill me?"

Socrates then asked " Tell me, what did you really want in that situation?''

"air" replied the boy......

Then, Socrates said..." If u want success as badly as you wanted air... you will get it...and there is no other shortcut for it..

Hi anchal,

Replying you very frankly..... Before my finals for 11th started i realised that i've lost around six months for JEE preparation..... And i was so depressed that i must do something now or else...... just how is ur state now.... Then i just took out half an hour for myself.

Took a paper and a pen and sat down on the place where i sit for studies. First i wrote down my goal... Then i wrote down since when i am preparing for it... How much time wasted ?? How much time left... ??? Which was more important... Always a glass is half filled and not half empty....

And then i tried distributing time for the remaining months.. i.e. form April to January.... Depends on ur capability how to sougth out time....

Please don't think of how much time wasted,,, whereas think about the precious time which you've got...... Start with all new mind set.... and ha,, remember now you got to study the indirect syllabus of two years in 1 year which will need much or your detemination......

( always respect the place where you sit for study. it brings a positive effect)
