well derz no Btech/BE degree in Punjab University
but colleges under PU like UIET and all are growing fastly so i guess its a better clg
btw haryana couns aint started yet.....hw can u get a clg der???

mmmm i dont think hoshiyarpur one is good......
but if u get in UIET or CEC landran.....its good

UIET and CCET are a 100 times better than dronacharya.
UIET is like near Top 50 engg colleges of India.
