Jaypee solan or Uiet punjab

Hi everyone

Please suggest which is better Jaypee solan or Uiet of Panjab university(located in chandigarh) for

Electronics & communication engineering.

I wanted to ask this for my cousin whose is living in delhi & got admissions in both.

Please reply as fast as you can as he has to take his final decision today also please do state the reason of your suggestion between the two.

obviously jaypee solan as its in outlook ranking of top 50 private coleges of india yarn it has strong link with jaypee university noida
