Have you cleared RMO?
becoz only then you can sit for INMO.

You have to clear RMO .if you clear that,here are some books
1mathamatical circles
2Franksons olympiad
3mtg learning media olympiad
The first book is russian in origin and improves mantal ability

Yes I secured 10th position in orissa Rmo in class 9.But i could not answer any question in INMO.This time the results are not yet declared.
