i got jee rank 2896 ... so as faras my options are concerned ..
agroculture and food - kharagpur
mining - kharagpur
biotech - guwahati
civil - guwahati
or in case i get lucky
civil - roorkee
chemical - guwahati
 
on the other hand i m getting a  bits score of 358 .. which means i wil get electrical or mechanical at pilani campus.. courses of my choice .. but im caught b/w the braand vs branch tussle .. can some expert give me the suggestion what to do abt it ??

At IIT Kgp, branch changes are a bit easier. So take agri and work hard for a branch change. Or else if you don't want to take the risk, go with chemical guahati
