actually i'm from delhi n i have AIEEE-2008 IM GETTING A SCORE OF 170,BUT IF I GET A GOOD STATE(DELHI) RANK THEN CAN I GET ANY GUD COLLEGE  THRU MY STATE RANK AS THERE R NO NITS IN DELHI

No I don't think so, as 80000 students gave AIEEE from Delhi so u may not get a good state rank at 170
