hi friends.i usually need a sleep of 9 to 10 hours which is too much....... still i hav no prob......the main thing is ki wen i do ma lunch...after dat i feel dam'n tired and need sleep again...which has bcum a big prob....i want to reduce ma sleep......especially after lunch...plz help...rates to every1

hey trythis one this has really workd for me 1. wake up early in the morning and do some exercise for 5 minutes the do pranayam for 5 minutes you wont get sleep the whole day would get a good sleep also in the night.but wake up early in the morning. if you can,t then try this one 2. drink one glass of water at evry one hour or less.take a full glass of water with your food and eat less food and drink more water. 3.if it is also not possible then make atleast 5 alarms at a gap of 5 minutes . when you are getting sleep. hey my first advice is really good as it help me my lots of friend.

i have a deadly unique plan which i follow while studying whole night or when occasionally have to wake early morning
when u feel sleepy take a tub of water and dip ur whole head upto neck in it and try to remain in that position as long as u can until the critical suffocating point comes then see ur sleep gone fresh life returned
i know it foolish and dangerous bt works for me

with exams going on try to do what you were doing the whole year try to make some extra time during the normal hours of studying and don;t try new things as it may turn out worse ........ why take chances????
if u want to cut down ur sleeo hours inspite of all u mst try too sleep during noon ... so that u remain awake during night as one hour sleep during day eqvivalent to 6 hours sleep at night

well... this used to happen with me too ...even i used to sleep alot.... infact i do sleep alot now also ...but m not supposed to give engg entrances.. so i can still manage it !!! jokes apart...now ur problem, well...9-10 hrs is not too much..yes it shud be sth around 8hrs... but still this can be managed out.. if u counter-balance it with studies.... what i did was, whenevr i felt sleepy... i used to do either maths(as its the only subject, which i can study for hrs n hrs without break)...or jst take a break frm studies... nd do sth refreshing (refreshing never includes, watching TV..mind it!!)... or either i used to fight with my bro also ... hehe...plus if u really wanna do sth, then i dnt think anyone can stop u...all u need is the determination.... and sleeping after lunch is necessary... not for long duration..but short!! thr's a saying... "after lunch, sleep a while....after dinner, walk a mile!!!" gud luck

My only advice will be to become a cofeeholic............. every1 feels sleepy from long courses of study............... ur problem is you succumb to it...........................whenever you feel sleepy ......either go wash ur face or drink coffee
n ya dont forget 2 workout a bit..........a lazy body paralyses a healthy mind.......

WHEN U FELL SLEEPY SIT SIWTCH ON THE COMPUTER AND UR SLEEP WILL RUN AWAY BUT DONT SIT 4 MORE THAN 5-10 MIN OTHREWISE U WILL AGAIN FELL SLEPPY OR IF DONT WANT TO SWITCH ON COMPUTER THAN U CAN OPT 4 SOMETHING WHICH CAN ENTERTAIN U B'CAS WE FELL SLEPPY WHEN WE R BORED AND IF WANNA SLEEP AFTER UR MEAL IN AFTERNOON THEN U CAN EXTEND UR STUDY HOURS AT NIGHT OR WAKE UP EARELY IN THE MORNING AROUND 5.00 AM DAT WOULD COVER UR TIME OF AFTER NOON SLEEP
