FRNDS SLEEP IS BECOMING A HINDRENCE MIDNIGHT COFFEE IS NOT EVEN WORKING VERY WELL. TELL ME SOMETHING WHICH REALLY WORKS AND CAN MAKE ME AWAKE TILL 3 IN THE MORNING I CAN DO ANYTHING FOR IIT. BUS KUCH BI KARKE KUCH AISA BATAOO KI YE SLEEP CHALI JAAYE(FOR 10 MOTNHS ONLY) BLESS YOU ALL WAITING FOR UR REPLY:(:(:(:(:(:(.......................

hiiee...simplest of methods....wash ur face.....and wash ur eyes.... or i say just put a chewing gum in ur mouth............ well yes u have to study fr atleast 10 months ....

i am totally satisfied with himanshu and u can try putting any eye drop after 2 hours !!!i hope it works with u as i am following the same routine and this method is working on well with me at this moment!!!!!!!!!!1

second thought : this is what i do see when sleep comes do what u like most ........... i mean u can watch TV or listen songs just for 15 min. and u will find urself at ease.......... i hav study whole night by using this .........
HOPE IT WORKS FOR U !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!`!!!

hiii well i may be juu to give u a suggestion btt 1 way wich can workk is reduce ur comforts like its hot summers den stop using coolers. or ac coz widout dat 1 can surely have a sleepless nt 2ndly wash ur face.. n dont be quite fr a long time sometimzz u can think loudly wid which ur concentration remains constant if it still does nt helpp den u can study a question n think abt it while walkin .. makin 2 rounds or so i won't suggest watchin tv.. coz den sometimz ur mind gets swayed frm d main topicccc n concentration goesss hope it ll help u outtt rate if useful best of luck fr iit

look here,do not drive yourself crazy by working upto 3 in the morning.Work intelligently for short hours.if you feel sleepy at 3 in the night it is absolutely natural.If you keep going like this,you will lose interest a couple of months before the exam.Increase the workload gradually,the syllabus is not that huge.
P.S:I am a student of IITD,so you can assume that my advice has some credibility because i've done this.

Hmm.... Here Is What I Do :
1. Wash Your Face 2. Have Occasional Coffee / Chocolate (Be Careful Dont Use In Excess) 3. Listen To Some Livening Music (Like Hard Rock) To Drive Away Your Sleep. 4. If Possible, Go Out For A Quick Walk And Come Back In 15 mins
* Just Because Its Night Does Not Mean That You Dont Have Breaks......I Have a 15 min Music Break After every 1 hr of studies...
5th and MOST IMPORANT : if u have 3-4 jobs to do.........prioritise them first........for instance if u have to study physix, do maths hw and complete ur chemistry practical journal........i wud finish off physix......then maths homework and last i wud do chem journal........when u r doing something u know is important for the next day.....u will not sleep..... or alternately........complete off stupid stuff first......i personally wud go offff to sleep within 2 mins if i started reading inorganic at 2 o clock in the night.......so i complete it off around 11 - 1 ........ then do something that keeps ur mind occupied......like calculus or mechanix etc.

complete your sleep daily you will never feel sleepy. "SLEEP IS BECOMING A HINDRENCE" It will not be "HINDRENCE" . if you give sufficient rest to your body. BOL bol bole to Best Of Luck

WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY JUST THANX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 TV AB INTREST NAHIN HAI MUSIC I DO LISTEN TO FM AS I SAID COFFE CHOCLATES I TOOK IN EXCESS NOW IT HAS BEEN PROHIBITED BY DOCS TO ME. TODAY I AM CHEWING GUM IT IS WORKING TILL NOW LETS SEE............... THEN I WILL GO FOR EYE DROPS SURELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NUNOXIC IS RIGHT CHEM IN LATE NIGHT TO ME MEANS A DEFINITE SLEEP AND NEW WARNAV REST MEANS 7-8 HRS THEN WHEN TO STUDY AND FINALLY PUSHKARKOPPARRALA I DO SLEEP AFTER SCHOOL I WONT LOOSE INTREST AREY WE ARE STUDING FOR 12 YEARS DID WE LOOSE INTREST AND IIT IS MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but that guy has give the rt answer....if u have ur sleep complete in day tym , u will nt feel sleepy...and this is also the best way....
and yes , if u r fit , only then u can study and if u will nt sleep , i m sure u will fall sick....1day......so do sleep fr studies only hope that chewing gum works fr u each and everytym....coz its the simplest....and the bestesr....

Dude.....if not TV and Music......Best Thing is if u have a jogging track near ur house which is open at that time or even a straight road.....just have a quick walk and come........it will work.......the thing that causes my eyes to drop if when i try to push the limits of continuous study.....if u take breaks after proper intervals u will never feel sleepy.....just know how long u can study (comfortably) without any break......after that limit is reached......just isolate urself from studies for some time......DO ANYTHING U WANT........and be back to studies after u feel u can start anew.....may the time required be 2 mins or 30 mins.......a distracted/bored mind can never study.......NEVER !!.....main thing is ..... just do ANYTHING U WANT............when i get bored of TV/Music......i call my friends (AT 3 in the night ) they are also awake.......and it helps us both stay awake....see if something similar cud work for u
